Strength Training
Dorothy's Strength Training is a basic total body strength workout with 1-minute cardio bursts between sets, followed by core and stretching exercises. Equipment needed for this class is a fitness step, dumbbells, bender ball, and mat. Some workouts will require other equipment such as a stability ball, weighted bar, sand bells, resistance band, and resistance tube. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels and ages.
